But for us, There is one God, the Father, by whom all things were created, and for whom we live. And there is one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things were created, and through whom we live. NLT

God made the world and everything in it. He is the Lord of heaven and earth. Acts 17:24
And He gives life and breath to all things. Acts 17:25 From one man, He made all the nations. So we could all live here on planet earth. God planned the exact time of our birth. And He determined where we would live. Acts 17:26
God did this so we would seek Him. So we might reach out and find Him. For He is not far from any one of us. Acts 17:27 For in Him, we live and move and have our being. Because we are all His beloved offspring. Acts 17:28
God formed each one of us by His hand. Isaiah 64:8 And lovingly created us in His own image. Genesis 1:27 Because God loves us with an everlasting love. Jeremiah 31:3 And He has a father’s heart for each one of us. Psalm 68:5-6
For God knew us before we were conceived. Jeremiah 1:5 He knit us together in our mother’s womb. Psalm 139:13 And He welcomed us on the day we were born. Psalm 71:6 And He has been close to us ever since. Psalm 139:1-12
Even if our parents didn’t plan us, God did. Psalm 27:10 For all our days are written in His book. Psalm 139:16 He even numbered the hairs on our head. Luke 12:6-7 Because in God’s eyes, we are all wonderfully made. Psalm 139:14
All things flow from God’s fathering heart. 1 Corinthians 8:6 For He lovingly provides for all He created. Psalm 145:16 Creation itself is proof of God’s goodness. Acts 14:17 And His faithfulness to the human race. Matthew 5:44-45
Though creating is what God does… Genesis 1:1 Father is who He really is. Ephesians 4:6 Because the very essence of His nature is love. 1 John 4:16 And this love is centered in His Fatherheart. 1 John 3:1 Because God has always been about family. Ephesians 3:14-15 And His eternal desire to have many children. Romans 8:29 A desire born in the heart of Triune love. Genesis 1:26
But God’s plan for us was temporarily delayed. Genesis 2 By one lie that caused humanity to be deceived. Genesis 3 This lie struck a blow to our God-given identity. Romans 3:23 And changed how we saw God and ourselves. Ephesians 2:1-3 Though sin made us feel separated from God. Isaiah 59:2 God was never separated from us. Psalm 46:1 Because He still had a father’s heart for His kids. Jeremiah 3:19
God always had a dream for the human race. This dream was birthed before He created the world. Where we all could be part of His family. Ephesians 1:3-6 And experience His fathering love forever. 1 John 3:1
So God sent His only Son into the world. John 3:16-17 To show us what He was really like. John 14:9-11 Jesus was the mirror image of His Father. Colossians 1:15 He loved us just like His Father loved Him. John 15:9 He even taught us to call God, ‘Our Father’ too. Matthew 6:9-13 This enraged the religious leaders of the day. John 8:41-44 Because Jesus called God His Father. John 5:18
Jesus came to reveal His Father to the world. Matthew 11:27 So we could all experience God’s love like He did. John 17:26 And find our way back home through His heart. John 14:6 Home to the Father who loves us. John 14:1-3 And home to our destiny as God’s loved children. Romans 8:15-16 This is why we were all created. Galatians 4:6-7
This is why Jesus died on a cross. Hebrews 2:9-11 And why He destroyed the enemy of our destiny. Hebrews 2:14-15 His glorious resurrection signalled a new day. Where His Father could be our Father. And His God could be our God. John 20:17
No longer do we need to feel alienated from God. Colossians 1:21-22 For God reconciled the world to Himself in Christ. And is not counting our sins against us. 2 Corinthians 5:18-19 This is the truth that will set us free. John 8:32 Free to be who God intended us to be. Galatians 5:1. When we originated in His heart long ago. Ephesians 2:10
Jesus redeemed us back to our original purpose. Ephesians 1:7-14 And He restored us back to our true identity. 2 Corinthians 5:17 As much loved children of Almighty God. Galatians 3:26 And co-heirs with Him in His Father’s Kingdom. Romans 8:17
Where nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Romans 8:35-39 In our unbreakable union with Jesus. Galatians 2:20 Sealed in love by His Spirit. 2 Corinthians 1:21-22 And kept secure in God’s loving hands. John 10:28-30 Where we will live loved for all eternity. John 17:3 Knowing we will belong in God’s family forever. John 8:35
This gift has been given to the entire human race. 1 John 2:2 Because Jesus Christ is the Savior of the world. 1 Timothy 4:10 And His Father wants everyone to be saved. 1 Timothy 2:3-4 That is why God patiently waits for each one of us. 2 Peter 3:9 And why He is drawing the whole world to Jesus. John 6:44-45 So Jesus can bring us back to His Father. John 17:20-23
All we are called to do is believe this is true. John 1:12-13 And receive this free gift just like a child would. Luke 18:17 And God will do the rest. Philippians 1:6. It is that simple, and it is that good. Ephesians 2:8-9
After all, God promises to be a Father to us. So in turn, we can be His children. 2 Corinthians 6:18 All creation is waiting for our awakening. Romans 8:19
