The Father’s Embrace Is More Than a Moment—It Is a Sanctuary Many Christians view the Father’s love as a place they visit: during worship, prayer, retreats, when things go wrong, when they feel unworthy, or when they slow down. But Jesus invites us to something deeper: “As the Father has loved Me, so have I loved you. Now remain in My love.” — John 15:9 Remaining in love means: We don’t enter and exit God’s affection. We don’t move in and out of belonging. We don’t lose and regain identity. We don’t earn our place and fear losing it. The Father’s embrace is not a destination we reach but a home where we belong.
