Smallness is the Freedom to Not Be More Than You Are
Returning to smallness means being released from the exhausting pressures of adulthood.
Smallness frees you from: – carrying what isn’t yours – pretending to be strong – having all the answers – proving your worth – maintaining an image – meeting everyone’s expectations – always being “on” – never needing help. Smallness allows you to: – rest – depend – need – receive – lean – listen – slow down – be held.
Children are small—and it’s exactly their smallness that makes them safe, loved, and free.
