Gentleness Is a Signature of the Spirit
One of the fruits of the Spirit listed in Galatians 5:22-23 is gentleness. It is not just a fruit—it is His nature. The Spirit does not shame, coerce, or intimidate us into growth. He does not use fear. He does not threaten us. He does not bully us. He does not overwhelm us.
He comforts. He encourages. He guides. He whispers. He waits. He accompanies. He restores.
The Spirit’s work is gentle because the Father’s heart is gentle.
