The Spirit Restores What Trauma Took
The Spirit knows every moment trust was broken, every memory that taught you to hide, every wound that made you cautious, every disappointment that hardened your heart, every fear that shaped your identity, and every season where you felt alone.
He comes to those places with tenderness, not demands. He does not say: “Get over it.” “Move on.” “Be stronger.” “Stop crying.” That is how wounded adults speak to themselves.
But the Spirit speaks like a healing parent: “I was with you then. I am with you now. I know how deep this wound goes. I know how long you’ve carried it. Let Me lift what you cannot.”
He understands that childlike innocence can't be regained until the wounds that hurt have been healed with love.
