Why Tears Are Holy
Tears are not a sign of failure. They indicate that your heart is still alive. Children cry because their hearts are soft. Adults stop crying because their hearts become tired.
Tears reveal: “I’m human.” – “I need help.” – “This matters.” – “I trust You enough to fall apart a little.” Some of the most sacred moments of spiritual transformation happen in tears — not because God takes pleasure in our pain, but because tears release emotions that have been held back.
Tears are a prayer. Tears are surrender. Tears are healing.
And the Father is closest to us in those moments — not as a strict overseer, but as a loving Abba who embraces His children.
