Your first breath began in the Father’s love.
Even after God had created the heavens and the earth, something deep in His heart was not satisfied. So He proceeded to create man in His own image.
The Bible says that God literally “breathed into [man’s] nostrils the breath of life” (Genesis 2:7). What a tender moment it must have been when Adam took his first breath, opened his eyes and looked upon the loving gaze of his Father calling him to life.
Just like Adam, there lies within you a divine DNA imprint that comes from God alone. You are one of God’s children, and you have been created to reflect His image.
What joy it must bring to the Father’s heart when He sees His own likeness being mirrored in His precious creations.
