God meets you in your playfulness.
Playfulness reawakens our sense of presence. When we play, even in small ways—laughing with friends, enjoying a hobby, taking a walk with curiosity, engaging in creativity—we reconnect with ourselves.
Play grounds us in the present moment. It quiets anxiety. It reconnects us to our humanity. It fosters gratitude. It opens our hearts to joy. And it reminds us that we are more than what we produce.
Play is not unspiritual. It is deeply spiritual because it reconnects us with the part of our soul that knows how to receive.
The Spirit often meets us in play more easily than in pressure.
