The Father Is Always Found in the Simple Places
Throughout Scripture, the Father reveals Himself not in places of power or complexity but in places of simplicity: – A burning bush – A field of sheep – A manger – A fisherman’s boat – A widow’s home – A lonely desert – A child’s offering – A still, small voice.
God could have revealed Himself in the halls of kings, the academies of scholars, or the centers of power. But He consistently chose simplicity. And so did Jesus. He spoke to ordinary people using everyday images from daily life. He taught with stories that children could understand. He lived with uncomplicated devotion.
The Father is never hard to find. We simply look in the wrong places.
