Let the Father Carry What You Cannot
There are burdens you were never meant to carry alone — responsibilities that drain your strength, worries that wear you down, questions that weigh heavily on your heart.
Often, without realizing it, you try to stay strong for too long, thinking that it's your responsibility to hold everything together. But strength was never meant to be something you create on your own.
The Father does not ask you to handle life alone. He invites you to let Him carry what your heart cannot bear. You are welcome to bring Him your anxieties without shame, your stress without apology, your doubts without fear, and your limitations without embarrassment.
He isn't disappointed by your weakness. He finds joy in being your strength. Casting your cares on the Father is not just a theological concept — it is a personal act.
It sounds like a simple, honest prayer:
“Father, this is too heavy for me. Please carry it.”
And He does.
