Rest in the love that has no beginning and no end.
If we believe our relationship with God begins with us, we will spend our lives trying to hold on to something we fear losing. We will treat salvation like a fragile possession instead of a gift rooted in God’s eternal love.
But when we realize that God chose us before we chose Him, everything changes.
• We stop fearing rejection.
• We stop performing to earn love.
• We stop measuring our worth by our spiritual successes or failures.
• We begin to rest in a love that is older than our sin, our doubts, and our brokenness.
We begin to live as sons and daughters, not servants, striving to earn a place in the Father’s house.
