The Moment of Awakening
Every Christian tradition recognizes a moment when faith becomes personal—a time when we say yes to grace. This moment is deeply significant. It’s not something God forces on us. He invites, He calls, He draws—and He does not coerce.
Yet even this moment is surrounded by a larger truth: Faith is not the start of our identity— it is the awakening to what has always been true in the Father’s heart.
Like the prodigal son waking up in a distant land, faith is the moment we finally come to ourselves and realize:
“I have a Father. I have always had a Father. And I can go home.”
