When Awakening Becomes Identity
Jesus came to show us the Father. But it is the Spirit who makes the Father known to our hearts. As Paul writes: “The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.” Romans 8:16
Not judged. Not tolerated. Not simply forgiven.
Children. Loved. Wanted.
Who genuinely belonged.
This is the work of the Spirit.
As the Spirit awakens us, something shifts: • We stop striving for acceptance. • We stop fearing rejection. • We begin to believe that the Father actually delights in us. • We start to see ourselves through His eyes. We rest—deeply—in the truth of our belonging.
