Receiving the Father’s Peace in an Anxious World
Anxiety often sneaks in quietly. It enters through doubt, stays in ‘what-if' thoughts, and tightens the chest with worries about the future. We live in a world where stress feels normal, worry feels justified, and peace often seems fragile or fleeting.
But the peace the Father gives is different. It is not fragile. It is not temporary. It does not rely on circumstances, outcomes, or control.
The peace Jesus provides is the lasting confidence of His own heart. It stems from presence — the certainty that the Father is with you, paying attention to you, and actively engaged in your life.
This peace does not guarantee the absence of challenges; it guarantees the presence of God amid them. Anxiety whispers, “You are on your own.”
Peace speaks, “The Father is with you.”
