The Father gives you the same inheritance Jesus enjoys.
In every Christian tradition, there is consensus on this point: The Father does not distribute inheritance based on effort, performance, holiness, ministry success, or moral perfection.
If inheritance depended on us, none of us would qualify. The inheritance is given solely on one basis: We are in Christ.
Connected to Him. United with Him. Embraced through Him. Placed in His family by Him.
Just as Jesus stands in the Father’s love, so do we. Just as Jesus hears the words, “You are My beloved Son,” so do we. Just as Jesus belongs fully in the Father’s house, so do we.
This is grace beyond measure.
