Pricing - US Dollars
All pricing on our online store is quoted in US funds. All transactions
will be converted from US dollars into the currency of your credit
card. The vendor shown on your credit card statement will be Father
Heart Communications.
Payment Options
We accept Visa and MasterCard as payment for your order. You can
order your products online from our shopping cart or by phone by
calling 905-682-1015. North American residents can call toll free
at 1-800-681-7135. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Eastern Standard Time. If you would like to mail in your payment,
please phone us to verify your order/shipping costs and then send
with your check or money order to:

Orders with incorrect shipping charges and a check as payment

Shipping
and Handling
Shipping Methods & Charges
Orders are generally shipped within one or two business days from
the time the order is placed.
For purposes of shipping, business days are Monday through Friday
only. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped
on Monday or Tuesday. We primarily ship using Canada Post Air
Mail Service worldwide. Expect 1-3 weeks delivery, but it could
take as long as 6 weeks in some countries. For faster shipping

Each Bulk Package Shipped Separately
You
can purchase as many bulk packages as you like in one order,
but each bulk package will be shipped separately.
Applicable
Taxes & Duties
All orders from the US are not subject to sales tax. Customers
ordering from Canada will be charged a 5% GST tax, and customers
ordering from the province of Ontario will be charged an additional
8% PST sales tax. All customers in countries other than the United
States and Canada are responsible to pay the applicable taxes
and duties upon delivery.
General
Returns
If you are unhappy with your merchandise once you receive it,
we will be happy to refund your purchase less the cost of shipping.
Returns must contain a copy of your invoice/receipt. Full refund
(less shipping) will be issued for merchandise returned within
30 days. Please note that refunds can take 4-6 weeks to process.
Refunds will not be issued for merchandise returned after 30 days.
Returned
merchandise must be in original unused condition. No credit or refund
will be issued for items that you have used and/or damaged. Unacceptable
merchandise will be returned to you with an explanation and your
credit card will be billed for the cost of shipping. Compact discs
may be returned if unopened. If you receive a compact disc that
is defective, it may be exchanged for the same title only.
* Include your packing slip and/or order number. * Return your items
within 30 days of delivery date.

Original shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
We cannot return non-qualifying items to you.
Damaged
or Defective Items
If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped
merchandise, please notify us and we will replace or refund your
order right away.
Order
Cancellation Policy
Items enter the shipping process immediately when you confirm an
order. Therefore, after you have placed an order, the only way to
cancel is to return the items you do not want for a refund minus
the shipping costs. See our return policy for more information.
